With an M.Sc. Economics (Marketing), Jennika has held marketing positions in leading consumer goods companies (incl. L'Oréal, Johnson & Johnson, Tefal, Jamie Oliver) both in local organisations and regional head offices, working with markets across Europe, Middle East, US and Asia.
Passionate about brand building and consumer behaviour, she has launched and repositioned several brands to better meet consumer needs and drive incremental revenue. Her experience includes launching new products, repositioning brands and leading marketing strategy across markets - combining big-brand discipline with the agility required in growth environments.
Her pragmatic approach to marketing consulting is open and honest, not afraid to challenge the status quo and always looking to find new ways of improving performance. An inspirational leader experienced working across all levels of the organisation and across cultural boundaries, she combines creativity with a rock solid commercial marketing foundation.
