Coaching is a great tool for increasing awareness of your own strengths, blind spots, motivations and perceived blockers.
Are you looking to improve your leadership skills, build your impact in the workplace, or figure out how to get that promotion? Maybe you are feeling stuck, stressed, struggling with changing priorities or looking for ways to find a better work/life balance - this is where working with a professional coach can help.
I’m often asked about the type of coaching I do. People usually say, "Is it life coaching, executive coaching, business coaching, or mindset coaching?"
I coach people. Regardless of their title or stage in life, everyone faces challenges around motivation, emotions and expectations (both internal and external). We're all at times stressed, worried, overcome by self-doubt or struggling to maintain a positive outlook. These can impact your professional life, personal life, or as is most often the case - both.
Whether you call it life coaching or business coaching, whether you’re a C-suite executive or a recent graduate, these issues are universal. Many people don’t yet realise how transformative coaching can be. If you're looking to overcome a specific challenge, break through a mental barrier, or get support on your personal development journey, let’s connect. Coaching might be exactly what you need.

While coaching isn't a regulated industry, it's always recommended to find someone with recognised training and credentials. I have qualified as a Certified Growth Coach with the Coaching Academy for Leaders, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
It's equally important that you choose a coach that you feel you can build an open, trusting and honest partnership with, as this is crucial for making the sessions work for you. This is why I offer free, no commitment Clarity Calls.
The coaching plan is built to your specific needs and goals, with the frequency and duration of sessions agreed together. A coach isn't there to give you answers or advice, but to help bring awareness to what you need to understand or action to move towards your goal, and most of the personal progress happens in between sessions. While you can already shift your thinking in a single session, I recommend planning to commit to at least 3-5 sessions. Most clients prefer to book a 3-month package with weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
Coaching is a technique where the coach is trained to help the coachee find solutions and clarity from within. This can be done through helping to structure your thoughts, uncover mental barriers, find new perspectives and explore options you may not have even considered. A good coach can work with any situation, as they are coaching the person not the topic. So if you're ready to find clarity and solutions, and are willing to openly discuss your thoughts and challenges, then coaching will help.
An initial call to discuss your goals and objectives for coaching, and to build a coaching plan if there is a mutual fit.
A 90-minute session for those who are keen to experience and try coaching before committing to a longer partnership.
Regular 60-minute weekly or bi-weekly sessions as part of a coaching plan (minimum 2 months).
