Sometimes all you need is expert external guidance, a clear action plan and accountability to get to the next level.   Starting with a 2-hour workshop to pinpoint specific objectives, we then tackle these together over 12 weeks.

With 17+ years of hands-on experience in driving turnaround and building actionable strategies for leading brands, I work with brands and businesses who need strategic expertise but are not looking to hire a full-time senior resource.

The program is fully tailored to your business, your objectives, your current challenges and resources. We will review your strategy and identify actions that will drive the biggest impact during our time together.

Following a kick-off workshop to agree objectives and a plan of action, we meet bi-weekly for 90-minutes to review progress, maintain momentum and pivot as needed. I will provide the direction and support needed for your business to achieve set goals.

This is not a marketing theory course or strategy by powerpoint, but hands-on support to achieve results and outcomes that matter to you. Between each session you will have a clear list of actions to work through, and in each meeting we will assess what's working and what isn't. 

Strategy Sprint is designed to set you up for success and achieve real results in a short space of time. A lot of clients opt for fractional support going forward or tap into the skills of vetted freelancers for specific areas, but this is entirely up to you.
