Following a kick-off workshop to agree objectives and a plan of action, you'll get bi-weekly 90-minute sessions to maintain momentum and pivot as needed.  I will provide the direction and support needed for your team to achieve set goals.

This is not a marketing theory course or strategy by powerpoint, but hands-on support for commercial results. We set actionable objectives at the start, and I help you work through them to deliver the results you need. 

Strategy Sprint is designed to set you up for success and achieve real results in a short space of time. A lot of clients opt for fractional support going forward, but this is entirely up to you.
